P.K Contractors Group, LLC (PKCG) was founded by Pedro Kolychkine and Rene Diaz de Villegas, Jr., who have combined their long experience in construction and real estate management, creating a Company that can support client needs in the Real Estate Market. This relationship brings together complementing forces which can provide a well rounded entity delivering projects to Market. With over 45 years of experience in this field, the Principals have been involved in major projects across the country, including many in the South Florida Area. These projects range from Health Care Facilities, Office Buildings, Shopping Centers, numerous Private and Public Schools, and High Rise residential apartments.

In addition, Mr. Kolychkine is the President and CEO of P.K. Management Group, Inc. (PKMG), a national real estate management firm. PKMG provides property rehab/repair, maintenance and preservation, property management, property inspections, and asset management services to various Federal governmental and commercial clients throughout the United States. PKMG manages and performs field work on thousands of residential and commercial properties per year. PKMG’s industry leading proprietary workflow system is utilized by PKCG to maximize project efficiencies.

During the course of their extensive carriers, they have successfully constructed many projects in the South Florida market, which have helped shape the landscape of our community, by providing an array of quality projects at affordable pricing.

The synergy of their group creates a first class, experienced general contractor able to assure its clients of cost effective and timely project delivery. By utilizing a partnering philosophy with their clients, their efforts are focused on becoming an integral part of the team, and as such reduce and eliminate unnecessary problems at the jobsite.

PKCG places a large emphasis on the completion of all its projects within the time allotted and within their budget constraints. It is company policy to work with the owner of a project to complete the project in the most efficient manner possible. PKCG is currently working on commercial and residential projects in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Their Team has recently completed an 800 student K-8 Charter school as well as two private Universities. Their vast experience in the educational field is a future sector of interest in pursuing projects in this sector.

PKCG's seasoned professionals have vast experience providing a full service to their clients starting from Pre-construction, Construction Management services in Building Construction and Civil Work projects; in addition, they have a very strong experience in the design build concept.
