Glasshaus

This is a unique boutique project nested in the Heart of Coconut Grove, Florida, composed of 23 single family units apartments, with underground parking, ground floor Zen Garden and Gym, rooftop pool and summer kitchen. The apartments range from one, two and three bedrooms and are provided with European style kitchens and appliances. This project presented a challenge in the sense that it had an underground parking level, on a tight site with little or no margin for error. Our team has met the challenges and will be finished with the project by the end of the first quarter of 2021.

Atlantic Village III

The third phase of the Atlantic Village development located in Hallandale Beach, Florida. AVIII was conceived as the flagship building of this contemporary office and retail complex. With its central pedestrian plaza that ties together the different activities of the development, AVIII becomes the heart of social activities in the busy Broward area. Project in collaboration with Grupo Eco and SRS Architecture.

Ambienta

This is a 30 unit condominium located in Bay Harbor Island in Florida, the project has been designed by the famed Luis Revuelta AIA, who has placed his talent in the design. The project is an 8 story building with two levels of parking, 30 residential condominiums units, roof top terrace with summer kitchen and rooftop pool. At the present time the project is in for permitting and is scheduled to start construction at the beginning of the second quarter of 2021, with a duration of construction of approximately 20 months. The units are designed with European kitchen and appliances with majestic views from all sides of the apartments, all units have sizable balconies and with the proximity to the water another spectacular sight of Biscayne Bay
